One Plus One is a registered charity providing resources to help people build and maintain healthy relationships. Conflict in relationships is not unusual, but when it happens between parents it can be emotionally harmful to children who are involved.
You can access the free courses below to help you and your partner in pregnancy, if you have conflict in your relationship or if you are separating or separated. They will help you look at your arguments differently and to manage and resolve conflicts in a way that causes less harm to your unborn child, existing family or each other.
All three courses can be accessed for free using the link below. To access a course for the first time, you will need to register for an account by providing your name, email address and creating a password.
All the courses are accessed from the browser on your phone, tablet or computer, so you won’t need to download apps or install plugins. If you have any questions about the courses, please email info@oneplusone.org.uk.
