From October Gro Health will be providing a new Healthy Weight Service for Children and Young People in Norfolk.
What is Gro Health?
At Gro Health, we’re all about holistic health, so our program includes support around nutrition, physical activity, and sleep to help you stay a healthy weight.
What’s Included in Gro?
With Gro Health you’ll get tailored age-appropriate health resources and behaviour change activities that whole family can get involved with.
Healthy Eating Education
Get excited about healthy eating with family-friendly topics including eating at school, dental health, and building a healthy relationship with food, all supported with additional downloadable resources, factsheets and 2000+ recipes.
Getting Active
Get active with fun on-demand exercise videos and education topics including the benefits of exercise, types of exercise, overcoming barriers, setting goals and staying active as a family.
Better Sleep
We know sleep has a big impact on our health, so make use of bedtime stories, guided meditations, music to sleep to and sleep education, to help get that all-important shut-eye.
If you’re aged 4-18 years old and are at or above the 91st BMI centile, or you are the parent/carer of a young person aged 4-18 who is at or above the 91st BMI centile, and you live in Norfolk, we want to hear from you!
