These pelvic health information sessions are recommended for all to attend during and after pregnancy. The sessions are led by Norfolk & Waveney NHS Perinatal Pelvic Health Service who aim to support all women and birthing people by increasing awareness of pelvic health topics such as exercise in pregnancy and the birthing year, bladder control, constipation and pelvic floor exercises!
There are two sessions;

These sessions will cover exercising safely during pregnancy, the pelvic floor and how to exercise it, happy bladders and bowels during pregnancy, perineal tears and how to reduce them as well as extra resources and support.

Online Sessions
These sessions are led by the pelvic health teams at NNUH and QEH. You can join any session, not just the ones at your closest hospital.
These sessions will cover recovery and physical activity, the pelvic floor and how to exercise it, stomach muscles after birth, happy bladder and bowels, returning to yourself and sex as well as resources and how to seek support if you need it.
