Pelvic Health Information Sessions

Pelvic Health Information Sessions

These pelvic health information sessions are recommended for all to attend during and after pregnancy. The sessions are led by Norfolk & Waveney NHS Perinatal Pelvic Health Service who aim to support all women and birthing people by increasing awareness of pelvic health topics such as exercise in pregnancy and the birthing year, bladder control, constipation and pelvic floor exercises!

There are two sessions;

  • Part 1 - to join during pregnancy from 12 weeks + gestation.
  • Part 2 - to provide recovery after birth advice. You can attend during pregnancy or after birth with baby from 6 weeks postnatal.

To try and suit everyone, the team are offering these sessions either virtually or face to face. Click below for the available dates and times at each location.

If you would like to ask any questions, or require a 1-2-1 for a translator or carer to be present, please contact us by emailing nwicb.perinatalpelvichealthservices@nhs.net.
